Connect, beautifully.

Welcome to Kusudi.

Kusudi, Swahili for “purposeful”, connects the world in simple, beautiful ways; through art, stories and meaningful creations.

Our first release transforms original murals and artwork from across the world into limited-edition phone cases, with each drop rooted in real people and places.

Nothing but a camera

and a little curiosity

Kusudi didn’t begin with a roster of artists. We'd never connected with any of them before.

We simply arrived in their cities for a few days, with a camera and a goal to find people doing meaningful things in beautiful ways.

What we found were individuals closely intertwined with local life; creating, mentoring, uplifting, and helping shape opportunities for the next generation.

What prevailed became a kind of strength-in-numbers story: a project that none of us could have created alone. Artists, communities, music and film from across our world.

People meeting at the right moment, in the right place, turning chance encounters into something much more.

A community-first model

Each drop is built as a collaboration.

Proceeds are equally shared with the artists and community-led projects within their home cities, selected with local partners from our journeys.

Meaningful connections

We'll share transparent updates through our social channels as projects develop.

So customers can follow the journey over time and see the impact their purchase helps fund.

Always Kusudi

Kusudi is independently funded and cared for.

Designed to always stay community-first, artistically rooted and creatively led.

Every image of ours that you see was captured on the road, working alongside beautiful people from across the world. We've also partnered with passionate music artists from the same communities to energise our content.

Earth friendly materials are sourced for each beautiful item that we share with you.

We hope to bring accents of vibrancy and life into your world in simple, beautiful ways, just as you will be doing to others by choosing Kusudi.

Love, Kusudi.
